About Me

Hi, my name is Nicky and I'm a Therapeutic Counsellor based in Cheltenham.

Carrying difficult thoughts and feelings alone can affect your sense of wellbeing and joy for life.

I offer a safe, warm and friendly therapeutic space where you are free to express your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.

You may be feeling sadness, anger, grief, or struggling with anxiety and depression. Sometimes we can just feel 'stuck' and unsure of how to move forward.

I am here to support you and help you make sense of your feelings. By working together through the counselling process you will gain a better understanding of yourself, bringing clarity, growth and an improvement in your sense of wellbeing.

I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation where you have the opportunity to ask me any questions, and I can find out briefly your reasons for seeking counselling.

Therapy with Nicky

I offer both in-person and online counselling sessions.

My therapy room is located in Royal Crescent, Cheltenham.

Session Fee:

50 minute counselling session: £60

I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation, where you have the opportunity to ask me any questions and I can find out briefly your reasons for seeking counselling.

Qualifications:

Level 2 - Counselling Skills

Level 3 - Counselling Studies

FdA Level 5 - Therapeutic Integrative Counselling

Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am fully insured and registered with the ICO.
